If you have some salad left you can save it for the next day. It will be delicious as a snack or you can eat it with your lunch. Keep the dressing separate from the salad, otherwise the lettuce gets limp.You can do the same with fruit. Do you make a bowl of fruit every day? Take a larger bowl, add lemon juice to the fruit and stir it well. Cover the bowl with plastic and place it in the refrigerator. You can save it for a couple of days.
