Make more than you can eat

Do you always eat a bowl of raw vegetables or salad with your dinner? If so, try to get used to the habit: make more that you can eat. If you have some salad left you can save it for the next day. It will be delicious as a snack or you can eat it with your lunch. Keep the dressing separate from the salad, otherwise the lettuce gets limp.

You can do the same with fruit. Do you make a bowl of fruit every day? Take a larger bowl, add lemon juice to the fruit and stir it well. Cover the bowl with plastic and place it in the refrigerator. You can save it for a couple of days.

This way you’ll save time and you still eat healthy.
